On 17 June 2025 our IAM Global Patrons will be hosting an in-person workshop in London at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel on the Maturity of Asset Management in Different Sectors on the afternoon of 17 June 2025 (the day before the IAM Global Conference).  Volunteers from the newly established IAM sector-specific groups will be taking part in this workshop.  Due to the nature of the workshop it will be in person only.  The workshop will start with lunch and will be free to attend although you will need to register. 

The following sectors will be represented at this workshop:

• Aviation
• Defence
• Energy (utilities)
• Facilities Management
• Municipal
• Process Industries (e.g. oil and gas, manufacturing)
• Transport (e.g. rail, roads)
• Water

The output of this work will be used to support establishing a baseline on the maturity of asset management in different sectors.  This will enable sharing and learning from others within sector across our wider asset management community globally.  It will also identify opportunities to enhance the maturity of asset management in different sectors by sharing across sectors.
