Volunteer Opportunity: Subject Specific Guidelines (SSGs) - Phase 3

We are currently seeking volunteers to review, revise, and develop Subject Specific Guidelines (SSGs) for the following subjects:   

• Lifecycle Value Realisation 
• Maintenance Delivery & Asset Operations 
• Asset Costing & Valuation 
• Technical Standards & legislation 
• Systems Engineering 
• Stakeholder Management 
• Management of Change 
• Configuration Management 

Work on these SSGs will all start in Oct 2026 and we are targeting getting each SSG published in 6-7 months.  

Essential Criteria 
To undertake this role, you will need: 

• To be a good team player. 
• Perseverance. 
• To be willing to learn. 
• To be willing to research topics/subjects. 
• To be a paying individual member of the IAM or employed by an IAM organizational member. 

Expertise 
The expertise required for this role is: 

• Experience in Asset Management. 
• Familiarity with IAM Anatomy.
