Launch! The Bigger Picture: Helping Organizations Work Across Boundaries

The Institute of Asset Management (IAM), in collaboration with the IPWEA Asset Management Committee and supported by Visual Meaning, is launching new Cross-Boundary Integration resources to help organizations tackle challenges and opportunities that no single organization can solve alone.

Building on the Big Picture, these practical, workshop-ready resources help people see the wider system, identify the boundaries that get in the way and work together towards shared, long-term value.

The resources include:

• A workshop guide
• A video supporting using the workshop guide
• Examples that bring cross-boundary integration to life

Designed to be simple, visual and globally accessible, they help participants:

• Recognize the boundaries being faced by individuals and organizations
• Understand why those boundaries matter
• Explore practical steps to overcome them

These are conversation-starters, not policy documents, and practical resources to help organizations look beyond their own boundaries and see the bigger picture.

We invite practitioners, policymakers, and organizations to help shape a shared understanding of these challenges and opportunities to create better long-term outcomes for organizations and society.
